In Hubflo, templates help you streamline recurring client-facing and internal tasks. Whether you're onboarding clients, managing projects, or sending updates, you can create templates once—and reuse them anytime.
You can build templates for:
Section & Task Templates
Emails
Contracts
Notes
Workspaces
To get started, go to ⚙️ Settings > Templates.
Create Section & Task Templates
Use this to standardize project structures—like onboarding phases, creative review cycles, or monthly reporting.
Go to Templates > Sections & Tasks.
Click + New Section.
Add sections or task lists with pre-filled descriptions, due dates, assignees, and links.
Click Save.

Create an Email Template
Navigate to Templates > Emails.
Click + New template.
Add a title, write your email content, and optionally:
Attach files.
Include calendar links or booking tools.
Click Save.
➡️ When composing a new message or replying to a client, just choose your saved template.
Create a Contract Template
Go to Templates > Contracts.
Click on + New template.
Add your contract content. You can:
Paste from a Word document.
Format text to highlight key terms.
Add links to your website or support docs.
Insert your logo for a branded touch.
Click Save.

Create a Notes Template
Use notes templates to standardize how you log discovery calls, client meetings, or follow-ups.
Go to Templates > Notes.
Click + New template.
Add a title and structure your note:
Include checklists or bullets.
Add helpful links.
Click Save.
➡️ When added to a contact, project, or task, the note template is instantly available and linked where needed.
Create Workspace Templates
Create full workspace layouts for different types of clients or services.
Head to Templates > Workspaces.
Click + New template.
Define the layout, default sections, tasks, and messaging threads.

Edit or Remove Templates
Need to make a change?
Click on a template title to open and edit the content.
Click the trash (🗑️) icon next to a template to delete it permanently.
