Welcome to Hubflo! Follow these steps to get set up before you bring your first client in. If you'd like to understand how Hubflo works first, check out the Understand Hubflo section.

Step 1: Set up your personal profile

Add your name, photo, job title, and time zone. You can also set your notification preferences and email signature here.

Step 2: Set up your business profile

Your business name, logo, and billing details appear on every proposal and invoice you send. Set it up once and it populates automatically.

Step 3: Set up your client portal

Configure how your portal looks and how clients access it, branding, domain, authentication, and permissions.

Step 4: Add your contacts

Your Hubflo directory is your built-in CRM. Add the clients, leads, and contacts you work with, you'll need them in your directory before you can invite anyone to a workspace.

Step 5: Organize your work

Set up how you manage work in Hubflo. Create your project boards and stages, rename the projects module to match how your business works (e.g. jobs, cases, matters, engagements) and get your workflow ready before clients come in.

Download the apps: Get the mobile app, desktop app, or Chrome extension. Hubflo apps for mobile, desktop & Chrome →

You're all set! Here's what's next.

Now it's time to build your first workspace and bring a client in:
