Service contracts
These are added as contract templates and signed via YouSign, our e-signature partner.
Note: Depending on your plan, you get 20, 40, or 70 e-signature credits per year.
Create Your Contract Template
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in your Hubflo dashboard
Navigate to Data > Templates
Select the Contracts tab
Select + New Template, give it a title, and either:
Paste in your existing contract text, or
Start from scratch using Hubflo’s editor.
Want to use this template by default? Just check the Set as default box.
Use Your Template in Proposals
When you're creating a proposal, you'll be able to:
Attach your preferred contract template.
Turn on electronic signature so clients can sign directly online—powered by our integration with YouSign.
Adding a contract isn’t required—but it’s strongly recommended for clarity and legal protection. Simply toggle on/off the options as needed:
