The Hubflo Content Library helps you store and reuse essential files, links, templates, and notes. Instead of recreating content for every proposal or workspace, the Library lets you save your most-used resources in one central location—ready to drop into quotes and workspaces with just a click.

The Content section is your centralized hub for everything your team has shared in Hubflo—files, links, notes, and embeds. Whether something was added to a proposal, a client profile, or a workspace, it’s automatically saved here.

You can also add content to your personal library and manually save or upload your go-to items, making it easy to filter, organize, and quickly filter by the content you use most often.

How to Add or Edit Content

To add new content in Hubflo, go to More > Content, click New, and choose one of the following: File, Note, Link, or Embed.

Once your content is added, click the three dots next to it to access quick actions:

  • Share – Copies a public link you can send to clients or teammates

  • Edit – Update the title, apply tags, link it to contacts or projects, or toggle it into your Library for quick reuse later

  • Remove from your library

  • Delete

Tip: Use tags to group and find content fast. For example:

  • Tag #proposal for all sales materials

  • Tag #legal for contracts and agreements

Using Library Items Across Hubflo

Once you've uploaded content to the Content section, you can easily reuse it wherever you see the Library button. This lets you browse and insert any saved files, links, notes, or embeds directly into your workspace.

You'll find the Library button in key places like:

  • When creating a proposal

  • Inside a client workspace, when adding new content

It’s a quick way to keep your materials consistent and save time across projects.

Note: Even if you delete a document from a workspace, it still lives in your Content section for future use.
