Client Portal - Connecting Your Cloudflare Domain

This guide will go over the steps you'll need to take to get your Cloudflare domain connected to your Hubflo Client Portal in no time!

In this article:


1) Adding Your Custom Domain to Hubflo

To set up your custom domain, go to Settings > General Settings > Domain and enter the custom domain you'd like your Hubflo Client Portal to live on.

e.g., portal.yourdomain.com or clients.yourdomain.com (...)

2) Adding a CNAME Record in Cloudflare

  1. Log into your Cloudflare dashboard. Choose the domain you'd like to adjust and click DNS in the sidebar menu on the left.

  2. Click + Add record.

Choose a type of CNAME, and enter the name and target for your record.

  • Name:

    • portal (if you'd like to use a root domain like portal.yourdomain.com)

    • OR

    • client, www, etc. (depending on the subdomain you'd like to use, such as clients.yourdomain.com)

  • Target:

portal.hubflo.com (this is the exact value you need to add)

Do NOT change this to anything else or it will not work ๐Ÿ™‚

  • TTL:

    • You can use the automatic setting here.
