If you're looking to change your existing Hubflo client portal domain, the process is similar to setting up a new domain.

Follow these steps to safely switch to a new domain:

  1. Go to Settings → General Settings/Domain

  2. Click Edit domain

  3. Enter your new domain (e.g. clients.newdomain.com)

  4. Click Next to proceed

⚠️ Important: Once removed, your portal will no longer be accessible via the old custom domain. Clients must use your Hubflo subdomain until the new domain is connected.

Update your DNS settings

In your domain registrar (e.g. GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.), update or add a CNAME record with the following details:

Type

Name (Host)

Value (Target)

CNAME

portal

portal.hubflo.com

🔁 Replace portal with your desired subdomain (e.g. clients, app, dashboard)

  1. Return to Hubflo

  2. Click Validate next to your new domain

⏱️ It usually takes 10–15 minutes to go live, but DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours.

(Optional) Set up redirection from old to new domain

Hubflo doesn’t automatically redirect your old custom domain.
If needed, use a redirect service like Redirect.pizza to forward traffic.
