When setting up your Client Portal on Hubflo, you'll see the option to use either a custom domain or a Hubflo subdomain. This guide walks you through how to connect your GoDaddy domain in a few quick steps.

What you’ll need before you start

  • A registered GoDaddy domain (e.g. yourdomain.com)

  • An active Hubflo subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.hubflo.com)

  • Hubflo Plus Plan

Add Your Custom Domain in Hubflo

  1. In Hubflo, go to Settings → General Settings/Domain

  2. Click Edit domain

  3. Enter your custom domain (e.g. portal.yourdomain.com) in the Custom domain field and click Next

Add a CNAME Record in GoDaddy

Go to your GoDaddy Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to My Products → Domains → DNS for the domain you'd like to connect

  2. Click + Add New Record

  3. Under Type, select CNAME

Enter the following values:

  • Name:
portal, client, www, etc. (depending on the subdomain you want to use—for example, portal.yourdomain.com)

  • Target:
portal.hubflo.com (this must be exact—do not modify it)

  • TTL:
You can use the default or automatic setting

Click Save to apply the record

Note: GoDaddy applies changes immediately, but DNS updates can take up to 1 hour to fully propagate across the internet.
