When setting up your Client Portal on Hubflo, you'll see the option to use either a custom domain or a Hubflo subdomain. This guide walks you through how to connect your OVH domain in a few quick steps.

What you’ll need before you start

  • A registered OVH domain (e.g. yourdomain.com)

  • An active Hubflo subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.hubflo.com)

  • Hubflo Plus Plan

Add Your Custom Domain in Hubflo

  1. In Hubflo, go to Settings → General Settings/Domain

  2. Click Edit domain

  3. Enter your custom domain (e.g. portal.yourdomain.com) in the Custom domain field and click Next

Add a CNAME Record in OVH

Head to your OVHCloud Control Panel

  1. Go to the Domains section

  2. Select the domain you'd like to connect

  3. Click the DNS Zone tab

  4. Click Add an entry

In the form that appears:

  • Record Type: Select CNAME

  • Name:

    • Use portal, client, www, etc., depending on the subdomain you want to use (e.g., portal.yourdomain.com)

  • Target:

    • portal.hubflo.com (must be exact—do not change this)

  • TTL:

    • You can use the default setting

Click Next and Confirm to save.

Note: Your changes are saved immediately in OVH, but due to how the DNS system works, it may take up to an hour for the update to take effect everywhere.
