At the moment, it's not possible to integrate custom video conferencing links, like Google Meet or Teams, for each appointment made through your booking links.
However, here's how you can integrate a unique video conferencing link to your events:
1 - Create a "room" on a platform like Whereby
There are many platforms that offer the ability to create a unique video conferencing link for free, such as Whereby.com:
You can create your "room" and then copy the generated link then paste the link on your Hubflo booking pages:
2 - Paste the link on your Hubflo booking pages
From the "Calendar" in Hubflo, click on "Reservation Links":
Create or edit a booking link and then paste your link in the "location" field:
3 - Engage with your contacts via video when they book a slot:
Once the slot is confirmed, both you and your contacts will be able to access your video conferencing link on the day of the appointment:
