Mailchimp is an email marketing platform that helps you send newsletters, automate campaigns, and manage your audience in one place. With Hubflo, you can automatically add contacts to your Mailchimp list when they’re created or when a proposal is issued—keeping your email lists fresh and saving time on manual updates.

Hubflo can automatically send contact details to Mailchimp when:

  • A new contact is created in Hubflo

  • A proposal is issued

Right now, the Mailchimp integration does not support:

  • Selecting the type of contact (e.g. subscriber vs. non-subscriber)

  • Assigning contacts to specific workflows or Mailchimp tags

Connect Your Mailchimp Account

Before you get started, find your API Key, you’ll need it to authorize the connection.

In Hubflo, go to ⚙️Settings > Integrations

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. Click to generate and copy your API key

  3. Find the Mailchimp integration and click Activate

  4. Click Connect

  5. You'll be prompted to log in to your Mailchimp account.

  6. Click Allow to authorize Hubflo to connect to Mailchimp.

Configure Mailchimp Workflows

Once connected, click on Configuration. You'll find the following options:

  • When a proposal is issued → Add contact to Mailchimp
Automatically add a contact to your Mailchimp list every time a proposal is sent from Hubflo.

  • New Contact → Add to Mailchimp
⚠️ Toggle this on only if you want all future contacts created in Hubflo to be synced to Mailchimp automatically.
