To save time, you can import tasks into Hubflo in bulk. In the process, you can also link tasks to existing contacts and projects.
Before you start
Keep these requirements in mind before preparing your import file:
To link a task to a project, the project must already exist in Hubflo.
To link a task to a contact, the contact must already exist in your Hubflo Directory.
If either the project or contact doesn't exist yet, create them first, then come back to complete your import.
Set up your custom fields in Hubflo (Optional)
Hubflo comes with standard fields like tags. But if you track other details, like a client's region, you'll want to create those fields in Hubflo before you import. This way, your data goes exactly where it should.
Download and prepare import template
To make sure your import goes smoothly, download the provided template file. The template shows you the exact column structure and formatting Hubflo expects, including the fields you can use to associate tasks with contacts and projects.
Start the import
Go to Settings → select Imports/Exports from the menu
Click Start import
Drop a CSV, XLSX, or XLS file
Click Next to verify data
Once data is verified, click Submit
