By importing your existing workspaces, you can organize your clients from day one and ensure projects, tasks, and contacts are grouped where they belong.

Before You Begin

To ensure a smooth import process, it’s important to lay the groundwork with an import template. In your import template, you may include the following fields:

  • Subtitle (optional): Add a subtitle to your workspace.

  • Tags: Assign relevant tags to help organize and filter workspaces.

  • Project Name (optional): Include this only if you want to create a project and link it to the workspace.

  • Pinned Note: Add a welcome note that will appear at the top of the client portal homepage.

  • Template Name (optional): Include this if you’d like to create a reusable workspace template.

  • Create Chatroom: Enter Yes or No to indicate whether a chatroom should be created.

Download and prepare the Import Template.

Open the template and replace the sample data with your own information.

Start Import

  1. Go to Settings → select Imports/Exports from the menu

  2. Click Start import

  3. Drop a CSV, XLSX, or XLS file

  4. Click Next to verify data

  5. Once data is verified, click Submit

Verify Data

Once uploaded, Hubflo will check your file for errors. You can fix the errors directly in Hubflo or go back to your file and reupload.

  • ✅ White rows mean everything looks good.

  • 🚫 Pink rows highlight issues. Click the darkened cells to view error messages.

Note: Re-uploading a corrected file will overwrite the previous import. Check Import History to confirm successful uploads.
