What Are Custom Fields?
Custom fields are flexible data points that you define. You can add them to:
Contacts – e.g. secondary email, language, job title
Companies – e.g. industry, client type, company size
Projects – e.g. delivery date, industry, current phase
Tasks – e.g. difficulty, expected result, location
Custom fields help you:
Customize Hubflo to fit your business needs
Standardize how you collect and display key data
Improve visibility into service delivery for your team and clients
Connect Hubflo with external tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Google Sheets
Especially for client portals, custom fields give you the structure to show exactly what clients need to see.
