Learn how to upload and download files, sign documents, and access your completed documents in your Hubflo client portal.

Uploading and downloading files

Your portal includes a shared space where you can upload files directly to your team.

Here's how to upload a file:

  1. Log in to your Hubflo portal

  2. Navigate to the relevant folder

  3. Click File in the top right corner

  4. Choose a file from your device

Note: The max file size is 3GB.

To download any file shared with you, simply click the down arrow next to the file.

Signing a document

When your service provider sends you a document to sign, you'll receive an email with the subject "[Action required] New document to complete."

You can also find any pending documents on your home page under the Action Required section.

To sign a document:

  1. Open the document from the email, your home page or from Completed Documents in the left sidebar

  2. Fill out the red fields and sign it

Once signed, the document will move to the Completed Documents section, where you can review it anytime.

Downloading signed documents

From Completed Documents in the left sidebar, you can download any signed document for your records.

You'll also find a signature certificate, an audit log generated by DocuSeal that records who signed the document, when, and from where. It serves as a verifiable record of the signing in case you ever need it.
