Want to make it easier for clients to get started? You can turn on self-signup, so clients can create their own workspace.
Clients can sign up directly—no email invite needed.
A new workspace is auto-created using your default template.
The workspace name is pulled from their company name, or full name if signing up as an individual.
It’s a seamless way to scale client onboarding, especially for services with a high volume of clients.
How to Turn On Self-Signup
Head to Settings > General settings / Domain
Toggle on "Allow clients to signup without being invited"
That’s it! A Sign up button appears on your client portal login page.
Tip: Use a branded domain (like clients.yourcompany.com
