You've Logged In Before But Can’t Access the Portal

First Time Logging Into the Portal?

✉️ Haven’t received an invite

You can’t sign up for the client portal on your own—you’ll need an invite from your service provider.

What to do:

  • Ask your service provider to send you an invitation email.

  • Check your inbox and spam folder.

🚀 Received an invite

If you’ve received an invite, the next step is to activate your account.

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Open the invitation email from your service provider.

  2. Click the activation link and follow the steps to set your password.
