Configure Your Personal Profile on Hubflo

Your personal profile in Hubflo is where you manage the details like your role, time zone, notification preferences, and email settings

To get started, find Settings ⚙️ (located on the menu to the bottom left) → My Profile

Fill in Your Personal Information

Start by making sure your key info is up to date:

  • Profile Picture

  • First & Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Business Email

  • Job Title

  • Time Zone

Email & Calendar Preferences

Under the Emails and Calendar section, you can streamline how Hubflo handles your communications:

  • Auto-add contacts from your calendar events
    Hubflo will automatically create contacts when you meet with someone via your synced calendar

  • Show emails and meetings by default
    Choose whether your emails and meetings are visible on contact or project pages (great for collaboration!)

  • Email Signature
    Add a personalized email signature that will appear on all emails you send from Hubflo.

Tip: Use Hubflo AI to rewrite or translate your signature into clear, professional language.

Notifications

Customize how and when you stay informed:

  • Unread Message Alerts – Get an email if you have unread messages

  • Daily or Weekly Recap – Choose if you want a summary of your activity delivered to your inbox

  • New Message Notifications – Set preferences for real-time updates from all Contacts in your account or just the ones you own

Time Tracking

Under "View more settings," if your team uses time tracking:

  • Set your hourly rate (what you charge clients)

  • Set your hourly cost (your internal cost per hour)

  • You can enable or hide the timer widget in your personal profile settings.

    When enabled, you’ll see the timer icon in the top right corner of your Hubflo dashboard.

Click the timer to:

  • Start tracking time for any task

  • Link time entries to specific tasks or projects

  • Add tags to categorize your time (e.g., Design, Admin, Meeting)

  • Write a short description to keep track of what you worked on

Language & Location Settings

  • Language

  • Country

  • Time Format – Choose between 12-hour or 24-hour display
