To get started, go to Settings ⚙️ (located on the menu to the bottom left) → Billing to configure your business profile.
What You Can Customize
Main Business Information
Company Name (e.g., Ledger & Bloom)
Logo – Add your business logo (this appears on all billing documents)
Contact Details – Email, phone, and mailing address
Note: These details appear on every invoice and proposal you send.
Legal Information
Legal Form (e.g., LLC, Corporation)
Business Registration Number
Tax ID / VAT Number (optional)
Numbering for Proposals & Invoices
Set custom prefixes for invoices (e.g.,
I-
) and proposals (e.g.,P-
)Use dynamic variables like

to automate numberingDefine the next number for each (e.g., start from 1)

PDF Appearance for Proposals & Invoices
Choose how your PDF proposals and invoices will look:
Layout Style (e.g., clean, detailed, modern)
Logo Size (small, medium, large)
Font Size & Weight
Line Height
Main & Secondary Colors
Footer Text – Add your business tagline, terms, or contact info
Add introduction messages or comments in your invoices and proposals
Default Settings for Invoices/Proposals
VAT Rate – Set a default tax rate if applicable
Payment Deadline – e.g., “After 30 days”
Payment Information – Add bank details or terms for getting paid
Your billing info will appear automatically on every future proposal, estimate, or invoice you send through Hubflo. Once everything is filled out create a test proposal or invoice to see how your branding looks.
