Setting up your business profile helps you:

  • Keep all client-facing documents consistent and compliant

  • Automatically populate details on invoices and proposals

  • Look polished and professional with your branding

To get started, go to Settings ⚙️ (located on the menu to the bottom left) → Billing to configure your business profile.

What You Can Customize

Main Business Information

  • Company Name (e.g., Ledger & Bloom)

  • Logo – Add your business logo (this appears on all billing documents)

  • Contact Details – Email, phone, and mailing address

Note: These details appear on every invoice and proposal you send.

Legal Information

  • Legal Form (e.g., LLC, Corporation)

  • Business Registration Number

  • Tax ID / VAT Number (optional)

Numbering for Proposals & Invoices

  • Set custom prefixes for invoices (e.g., I-) and proposals (e.g., P-)

  • Use dynamic variables like {{year}}, {{month}}, {{day}} to automate numbering

  • Define the next number for each (e.g., start from 1)

📌 Example: Your first invoice might be I-2024-001

PDF Appearance for Proposals & Invoices

Choose how your PDF proposals and invoices will look:

  • Layout Style (e.g., clean, detailed, modern)

  • Logo Size (small, medium, large)

  • Font Size & Weight

  • Line Height

  • Main & Secondary Colors

  • Footer Text – Add your business tagline, terms, or contact info

  • Add introduction messages or comments in your invoices and proposals

Default Settings for Invoices/Proposals

  • VAT Rate – Set a default tax rate if applicable

  • Payment Deadline – e.g., “After 30 days”

  • Payment Information – Add bank details or terms for getting paid

Your billing info will appear automatically on every future proposal, estimate, or invoice you send through Hubflo. Once everything is filled out create a test proposal or invoice to see how your branding looks.
