Hubflo's newest Project Tracker feature allows you streamline project management, keep your clients informed, and ultimately, deliver a more satisfying client experience.

How to activate the Project Tracker Feature?

  • Find the ⚙️ icon on the top right navigation of your Hubflo dashboard then click on General Settings/ Domain

  • Enable the Display project stages on the client workspaces and make sure it's toggled ON

  • Create a Project + Workspace and make sure to configure the Stages set for the Project specific to your Client's Workspace

  • Access each of your Workspace and find the Project Tracker which will also the first thing that will appear when your Clients sign in

Have issues with the Project Tracker Feature?

  1. The Project Tracker feature is only visible in Workspaces associated with a "Project" or an engagement.

  2. The Project Tracker feature needs to be activated to be visible in your Client Workspaces

What is a "Project"?

Different users from different industries often have different views on how they name their engagement with their Clients. Some of them prefer the term "Projects", "Accounts", "Jobs" or "Contracts". You have the option to customize this on Hubflo.

How would I know if my Workspace is tied to a "Project"?

  • You can navigate to the List of your Client Portals on the top navigation

  • Simply hover and click on the ••• 3-dots option. Then click on Edit

  • A modal will pop up to allow you to assign a Project. You will need to create the Project first for it to appear among the options.

Can I create multiple Project Tracker Features?

Yes, you have the option to create multiple Projects and Workspaces

Can I hide a "Stage" from my Clients?

We are working on improving this experience so all the Stages in your Project is currently visible to all your Clients.

Can I still add/ remove a "Stage" from my Project?

Yes, the Project Stage is flexible and can be edited at any time. Changes made are also reflected in the Project Tracker instantly.
