Whether you're managing deliverables, sharing invoices, or giving status updates, the portal becomes a branded home base for your clients.

What Clients See When They Log In

Before a client logs in, they will see your Sign In page. On here, you can share a welcome message with instructions.

Once a client logs in, they’ll see the portal you've shared with them. Each portal is like a “master folder” that includes:

  • Documents & folders

  • Files, notes, links

  • Project updates

  • Billing items (quotes, invoices, subscriptions)

  • Messaging or chatroom app

You can choose to:

  • Create one portal per project

  • Create one portal per client

  • Or share a single portal with general resources for all clients

Note: Each client portal is hosted on your dedicated Hubflo subdomain:
yourbusiness.hubflo.com. Learn more about how to set up your Custom Domain here.

General Portal Structure (Client View)

On the navigation bar to the left, your client can see tasks, folders, access the chatroom, and more.

Here's an overview of how things are organized for your clients:

  • Home Page
Where clients land after logging in. Displays portal previews, recent activity, and quick access to shared resources.

  • Billing Section
    A centralized view of all:

    • Proposals

    • Invoices

    • Subscriptions

  • Messaging
Clients can chat with you directly inside their portal—no more emails or WhatsApp threads.

  • Embeds & Folders
You can organize content and embed tools like Loom, Calendly, or Google Docs right in the portal.

Now it’s time to invite your clients and manage who sees what. Learn how in: Invite Clients & Manage Access to Workspaces.
