Global Items are a new feature in Hubflo that allows you to add content visible across all your workspaces. This means that regardless of the specific content in each workspace, Global Items remain consistent and accessible from the top of the client portal.

1. How can I set up Global Items?

Setting up Global Items is simple:

  1. Go to your Hubflo settings > General settings/Domain

  2. Navigate to the "Global Items" tab.

  3. Choose the type of Global Item you want to add – currently, you can add either a link or an embedded item (like a video or form).

  4. Configure the content and save your changes:

Global Items are ideal for adding content that remains the same for all clients. This could include:

  • Calendly Links: Make scheduling easier by embedding your Calendly directly.

  • Intake Forms: Streamline the process by having forms accessible in every workspace.

  • Service Information: Display your services prominently, ensuring clients can always find them.


2. What types of content can be added as Global Items?

Currently, you can add:

  • Links: Direct clients to important web pages.

  • Embeds: Include content like Calendly scheduling, intake forms, or service descriptions.


3. Can I customize the Global Items for different workspaces?

Global Items are designed to be the same across all workspaces to maintain consistency. If you need workspace-specific content, you can still add it within each individual workspace as usual.


4. Where will my clients see the Global Items?

Clients will see the Global Items at the top of every workspace in the client portal. This makes them easy to find and access regardless of the workspace content:


Can I remove or update Global Items after setting them up?

Yes, you can easily update or remove Global Items by going back to the "Global Items" tab in your settings and making the necessary changes.
