Embedding Notion pages in the Client Portal makes it easy to share information with clients — everything they need is easy to find, always up to date, and all in one central place.

  • Changes you make in Notion update automatically in the Client Portal — no need to re-upload.

  • Add titles, icons, tags, and choose display modes to tailor the content to your client's needs.

  • Notion pages look clean and organized in your Client Portal, making it easier for clients to read and navigate.

How to Embed a Notion Page

To get started, open the public Notion page you want to embed.

  1. On the top right corner of your Notion page, click Share and ensure the page is Published to web.

  2. Click "Embed this page" in the share menu.

⚠️ Important: The Notion page must be public for the embed to work.

3. Copy the embeddable URL — only the part that appears between the quotation marks.

4. In the Client Portal, click Embed.

5. Paste the link into the “Paste the URL here” field.

6. Choose a display mode:

  • Inline: shows the Notion page embedded directly within your current view.

  • Full page: opens the Notion page as a separate full-screen view.

7. (Optional) Add a title and an icon to help your client easily identify the page.

And that’s it! Your Notion page will now appear embedded in the portal.

How to Edit an Embedded Notion Page

  1. Find your embedded Notion page in the Client Portal.

  2. Click Edit.

3. From there, you can:

  • Edit the title

  • Update the URL

  • Change the display mode
