The Resource Center in Hubflo is a shared space inside your Client Portal where you can publish content that's useful to all your clients.
The Resource Center helps you:
Share onboarding materials, guides, and forms once—instead of repeating them for each client
Reduce support questions by publishing FAQs and helpful links
Keep your portal organized and professional with branded, reusable content
What kind of content can I share?
You can add almost anything that applies to all clients:
Content Type | Examples |
🔗 Articles | External links, blog posts, help docs |
🎥 Training Videos | Looms, tutorials, walkthroughs |
🛠 Tools & Widgets | Calendars, calculators, third-party embeds |
❓ FAQs | Notes, PDFs, Canva presentations |
📝 Forms | Intake forms, feedback forms, surveys (any builder) |
Note: Since the Resource Center is shared across all clients, avoid adding content that’s specific to a single client or project.
How to set up your Resource Center
The Resource Center is built into every Hubflo Workspace and is easy to customize.
✨ It appears automagically ✨
Once you add your first item, the Resource Center will appear automatically in your client’s navigation sidebar—no need to manually insert it.
Rename the Resource Center
Go to Client Portal > Resource Center
Click on the title to edit
In this section you can:
Add a cover image – Personalize the look of your hub with a branded header.
Write a subtitle and description – Let clients know what kind of content they’ll find.
Add a pinned note – Use this for a welcome message or key info (e.g. “Start here!”).
Add Your Content
Add items just like you would in any Workspace:
📁 Files – PDFs, guides, presentations, spreadsheets
🗂 Folders – Organize by topic (e.g. “Onboarding” or “FAQs”)
📝 Notes – Write rich-text articles or internal how-tos
🔗 Embeds/Links – Share external tools or blog posts
Global Items are shared across all Workspaces and are perfect for evergreen content like help articles or policy documents.
🛑 They can’t be added inside the regular Resource Center directly—but they’ll show up for all clients automatically.
What do clients see?
Once it's set up, the Resource Center appears automatically in the Client Portal for all clients. Here’s an example of what the Resource Center looks like from the client’s perspective:
