This guide will go over the steps you'll need to take to get your GoDaddy domain connected to your Hubflo Client Portal in no time!

In this article:

1) Adding Your Custom Domain to Hubflo

To set up your custom domain, go to Settings > General Settings > Domain and enter the custom domain you'd like your Hubflo Client Portal to live on.

e.g., portal.yourdomain.com or clients.yourdomain.com (...)

2) Adding a CNAME Record in GoDaddy

  1. 1. Sign in to GoDaddy and navigate to My products → Domains → DNS:

  2. Click + Add New Record:

3. In Type, select CNAME from the drop-down menu.

  • Name:

    • portal (if you'd like to use a root domain like portal.yourdomain.com)

    • OR

    • client, www, etc. (depending on the subdomain you'd like to use, such as clients.yourdomain.com)

  • Target: portal.hubflo.com (this is the exact value you need to add) Do NOT change this to anything else or it will not work 🙂

  • TTL:

    • You can use the automatic setting here.
