On Hubflo, tags are like handy labels that help you organize and easily retrieve all your key information, making the daily management of your data smoother and more intuitive.

Tags allow you to create links between multiple data points: for example, with a tag, you can group contacts of the same nature or create families of tasks.

To edit / delete your tags on Hubflo, go to your settings πŸ‘‰ Tags.

Regularly review and revise your tags to ensure they remain relevant and useful. You can add, modify, or delete tags as needed! πŸͺ„


2 - How to use Tags on Hubflo

  • On Hubflo, you can add tags for your contacts, companies, projects, tasks, and time tags.

Create tags that match the specific needs of your business. For example, you can create tags for industry sectors or types of clients (such as B2B or B2C).

  • Then, check the tag(s) that interest you to refine your search :

WARNING: If you have one or several tags associated with your contacts/company, this action will replace them, not add to them.
