Manage invoices & proposals

Learn how to view, download, and pay invoices, sign proposals, and manage your payment method in your Hubflo client portal.

Finding your Invoices and Proposals

There are two places to access your billing:

  • The home page

When you log in, you'll see any invoices or proposals that need your attention front and center.

  • The Billing section

Click on Billing in the left sidebar for a full overview of everything, including issued, paid, and overdue invoices, proposals, and recurring invoices.

You'll also receive an email notification when a new invoice or proposal is sent to you.

Saving a payment method

If your service provider has enabled online payments, you'll see a Payment Method option in your Billing section. Here's how to add or update it:

  1. Go to Billing in the left sidebar

  2. Click on Payment Method on the top right

  3. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe-hosted page where you can add, update, or remove your payment details

Once saved, your payment method is stored securely on Stripe and may be used for future invoices automatically.

What you can do with an Invoice

Open any invoice from the Billing section to:

  • Download or print it for your own records

  • Pay it if your service provider has enabled online payments, you can pay directly from the portal

Proposals

When your service provider sends you a proposal, you'll find it in the Billing section. You can open it, review it, and sign it directly from the portal—the same way you would with an invoice.
