How to sign a proposal in Hubflo

Learn how to accept a proposal, create your e-signature, and download your signed documents.

Your service provider has sent you a proposal to review and sign. Here's how to complete the process in a few steps.

You can access your proposal in two ways:

  • From your email, click the link in the email you received from your service provider

  • From the client portal, log in, go to Billing in the sidebar, and click on the proposal

Once the proposal is open, click Accept & Sign.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the document to review the full content, then click Continue.

  2. Add your signature

You have two options:

  • Use the pre-filled signature: click Click to sign to apply the signature automatically generated for you

  • Draw your own signature: click Draw my signature, draw your signature, click Use this signature to confirm it, then click Click to sign

Once signed, click Download documents to save a copy for your records.
