Your service provider has sent you a proposal to review and sign. Here's how to complete the process in a few steps.
You can access your proposal in two ways:
From your email, click the link in the email you received from your service provider
From the client portal, log in, go to Billing in the sidebar, and click on the proposal
Once the proposal is open, click Accept & Sign.
Scroll to the bottom of the document to review the full content, then click Continue.
Add your signature
You have two options:
Use the pre-filled signature: click Click to sign to apply the signature automatically generated for you
Draw your own signature: click Draw my signature, draw your signature, click Use this signature to confirm it, then click Click to sign
Once signed, click Download documents to save a copy for your records.
