How to Turn On the Project Status Tracker
When creating a Project, assign it to your client’s Workspace. Each stage of your project will be shown in the client view as a list or board. To display the status tracker in your client portal, make sure the following settings are on:
Projects module
Go to ⚙️ Settings > Organization & Branding
→ Toggle ON the Projects moduleProject stage visibility in the client portal
Go to ⚙️ Settings > Client Portal > Appearance
→ Toggle ON Display project stages on client workspacesTask sections visibility
Clients see project stages based on task section visibility. Make sure you display tasks by section inside each project. Go to ⚙️Settings > Client Portal > Appearance and select "As a board: grouped by the sections of the project".
Once this is set up, the Project Status Tracker becomes the first thing your client sees when they log in to the portal.
