Add a “Client Portal” Button to Your Website

Make it easy for your clients to find and access their portal by linking to it directly from your website

Here's how to do it in just a few steps. First, copy the link to your portal:

  1. Go to Client Portal > Workspaces in your Hubflo sidebar.

  2. Click Open client portal.

And that's it! Copy the URL from your browser's navigation bar—this is your custom portal link.

Add the link to your site

Most businesses place a “Client Portal” button in:

  • The top navigation menu

  • The website footer

  • The Services or Contact section

Use a clear label like “Client Portal Login” or “Access Your Portal”, and link the button to your copied URL.

Tip: Add it to your email signature! Just like your website, your portal link belongs in your email signature.
