Great news—you’re not charged per client on Hubflo. 🙌 Our pricing is based only on the number of internal users (your team), not how many clients you serve.

That means:

  • Unlimited clients

  • Unlimited client portals

  • ✅ No extra fees as your client list grows

Whether you’re working with 10 clients or 500, Hubflo is built to scale with you—no restrictions, no hidden costs.

Subscription options

When you subscribe to Hubflo, you have flexible billing options designed for your stage of growth:

Monthly subscription – no commitment

Pay month to month and cancel anytime. Great for testing the waters or staying flexible.

Annual subscription – save more when you commit annually

  • Billed per internal user, per year

  • Same price per user (regardless of role or permissions)

  • Renews automatically each year

Remove users or cancel anytime

How to apply a coupon code

Received a discount or promo code? Here's how to apply it before completing your payment:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ > Hubflo Subscription

  2. Click Manage Subscription

  3. Click your subscription name

  4. Then click Edit SubscriptionApply Coupon

  5. Enter your coupon code and save

  6. Finally, click Update Subscription

That’s it! Your discount will be applied automatically to your billing.
