You can embed public links to any applications of your choice, such as Calendly, Instagram, Loom, or YouTube.

This allows your clients to access your content directly on your client portal, without having to open a new tab.

2 - How do I integrate an application into my client portal?

Here are the steps to follow to integrate an application into your client portal:

Click on "embed":

Select the public URL of your application and paste it into the field :

Your application is integrated, your client can access it by clicking on it 🎉

3- Edit an embed in one workspace only

When editing an embed shared in multiple workspaces (e.g., a Google sheet), you can now toggle an option to change the URL only in the current workspace.

Right-click on the embed, select "edit," paste your new link, toggle "edit only in this workspace," and save.

💡 You can integrate a form, videos, an Excel sheet, or even presentations directly onto your client portal.
