Create and Manage Custom Views in Your Directory

Hubflo makes it easy to create and save personalized views of your Contacts and Companies. Whether you're managing hot leads, tracking VIP clients, or grouping companies by service tier—custom views save you clicks and keeps your team aligned.

Create a Custom View

You can filter your Directory based on priority, tags, or owner then save that view for easy access later.

  1. Go to Directory → Contacts

  2. Apply filters:

    • Priority

    • Tag

  3. Click the star icon to save current view

  4. Name your view something memorable like "🔥 Hot Prospects"

Manage, Reorganize, or Delete Custom Views

To edit your saved views:

  1. Click the ⚙️ cogwheel in the Directory

  2. Select “Manage contact views” or “Manage company views”

  3. From there, you can:

    • Rename your views

    • Reorganize them for better access

    • Delete the ones you no longer need

Customize Display Settings

Want to customize how your Directory looks and which data shows up?

Go to ⚙️ Settings → Data → Views & Displays to adjust Displayed Properties.

  • Choose which properties or columns are shown by default in your contact and company lists

  • Show or hide fields like email, company name, contract status, tags, etc.

This settings area is perfect for admins or power users who want to create a consistent experience across teams.

Tips:

  • Use icons and naming conventions to organize your saved views by role or team

  • Use map view in company views for territory planning or location-based work

  • Save views for team roles like sales, operations, onboarding, and billing
