2 - Create Your Catalog manually
π From the "Billing" module, click on "Catalog", then on "New item"
You can add a title and description visible to your clients.
The item type (service, product, etc).
Pricing information β Hubflo automatically calculates the margin rate and the gross margin excl. VAT (not visible to your clients).
You can add a reference to your item and link it to one of your suppliers on Hubflo.

3 - Customize the Item Categories
You can edit and add categories to classify your items from the Settings in "Tags & Categories" or directly from the catalog by clicking on βοΈ

4 - Create packs
Hereβs how to bundle multiple items into a single pack for use in your proposals and invoices:
Click on the "Catalog" tab:
β Select the "Pack" category:
β Click on "New" then "Pack":
πUse your packs in your proposals & invoices:

β Click on "Select Pack" to add one to your proposal/invoice:

β To add a new item to your pack, select "new line", or an item from your catalog. Then, drag it into your pack using the arrow:

You can make temporary modifications to your pack in your proposal/invoice: quantity of items, price, VAT, or discount, etc.
To permanently add/remove items to your pack: you will need to go through the catalog.
