How to countersign a proposal

If you have e-signatures enabled on your proposal, you'll need to countersign it after your client signs.

Written by Hubflo Team

If you have e-signatures enabled, you'll be prompted to countersign after your client. When the client signs, you'll see a Your turn to sign badge on the proposal in Hubflo and receive an email notification.

  1. Open the full proposal to continue.

  2. With the proposal open, scroll to the bottom and click Continue. Then add your signature:

  • Use the pre-filled signature: click Click to sign to apply it automatically

  • Draw your own: draw your signature, click Use this signature to confirm, then click Click to sign

Once both parties have signed, the proposal moves from Issued to Accepted and draft invoices are generated based on your payment schedule.
