You can upload an entire folder, including all its subfolders and files, directly to a workspace.
Note: This feature is only available to internal users. Clients cannot import folders into the workspace.
How to Import a Folder
Before you get started, we recommend compressing your folder into a ZIP file.
Go to Client Portal > Workspaces.
Select the workspace where you want to upload the folder.
In the workspace, click Import.
Choose your ZIP file. Note: The maximum size is 3GB per ZIP file and you can upload up to 1,000 files total per import.
Refresh the page to see the imported folder and files.
📌 The import may take some time, depending on the size of your folder.
