Use Reports in Hubflo to Track Sales, Projects, and Finance Performance

Hubflo’s Report gives you a real-time overview of your business—finance, sales, projects, time tracking, and billing—in one place.

This dashboard shows you key metrics like accepted proposals, completed projects, billable hours, revenue collected, and more.

Accessing Reports

Navigate to More > Reports from your dashboard. Here, you’ll find detailed summaries broken down into two categories:

Activities

The Activities section helps you monitor cash flow and billing performance at a glance.

  • Track total revenue collected, outstanding payments, completed projects, and ongoing work.

  • You can view financial data with or without tax included, and filter by time period—monthly, quarterly, annually.

  • Quickly assess your business pipeline with insights into accepted proposals, new contacts, and newly launched projects.

  • You’ll also find metrics on team output, such as completed tasks, total time worked, and billable hours logged.

Billing

The Billing summary gives a complete view of your invoicing activity.

  • See total amounts issued, outstanding payments, payment terms, and recurring invoices.

  • You can also track proposal status, identify best-selling services, and view which clients are linked to paid or unpaid invoices.
