Access and pricing

Who can use Hubflo Studio?

Account Owners on the Unlimited plan. Studio is currently available in English only, and isn't available in French yet.

Can my team members use Studio?

Not yet. For now, only account Owners can build and manage automations.

Does Studio cost extra?

No. Studio is included in the Unlimited plan at no extra cost.

What happened to Workflows (Beta)?

Studio replaces Workflows (Beta). Your existing workflows were moved to Studio automatically and now appear as automations in the Automations tab, so you don't need to rebuild anything.

Do I still need Zapier?

Not for automations between Hubflo and the apps Studio connects to, like HubSpot, Slack, or Google Drive. If you use Zapier for other tools, you can keep using it. See Connect apps to Hubflo Studio for the full list of apps.

AI Assistant and safety

Can the AI Assistant change things without asking me?

No. Studio’s AI assistant always asks for your approval before it creates or changes anything in your account, and it can't activate an automation on its own. Only you can do that.

Is it safe to connect my apps?

Yes. Apps connect through their own official sign-in, so Studio never sees your password for them. API keys and secrets you add yourself are stored securely and never shown again after you save them. You can disconnect an app anytime in Studio > Integrations.

Testing and running automations

Can I test an automation without contacting my clients?

Yes. Open the automation and click Test. Studio simulates every step, and nothing is created or sent.

Be careful with Run live: it runs the automation for real, sends real emails and messages to your clients, and can't be undone. See Test and activate an automation.

My automation didn't run. What should I check?

  1. Is it active? Open it from Studio > Automations and check that the toggle at the top right is on.

  2. Did the trigger happen? If the trigger has conditions, check that the event matched them. For example, a Calendly trigger set to "Onboarding call" won't run for other meetings.

  3. Is the trigger from another app? Studio checks other apps about every 2 minutes, so the automation may start a little after the event. Also check that the app is still connected in Studio > Integrations.

  4. Did it fail? Go to Studio > Runs. If a run failed, open it to see why.

For more help, see Check runs and fix a failed automation.

Will I be notified if an automation fails?

Not by email yet. Failed runs appear in Studio > Runs and under Latest runs on the Studio Home tab, so check them regularly, especially during the first few days after you activate an automation.
