We're thrilled to unveil a game-changing feature in our client portals: Document Uploads! 🎉

This new feature streamlines how your clients share documents with you. They can now upload files directly through a link, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or their camera—making collaboration smoother than ever.


Client side :

  1. Clients log into their portal.

  2. Click the "Document" section

  3. Select and upload a file


    • They can easily delete their uploaded files :


On your side :


→ You'll be able to see who's uploaded documents, enhancing your collaboration:


→ You can visualize, share, edit, delete or add the uploaded documents by your client to your Hubflo library :

  • Can I disable client uploads?

    • No, it's not possible to disable this feature.

  • Where can clients upload files?

    • Clients can upload files at the room level or in folders.

  • Do I need to do something to enable this?

    • No need to worry; this feature is on by default for all past and future portals.

  • Do I get notified when a client uploads a document?

    • Yes, this is available, you will receive a notification on Hubflo and an email.
