To make sure you don't forget anything, you can add your tasks to your synchronized calendar on Hubflo!
1 - Access your tasks on Hubflo
Next to a task, click on the three small dots, and select "Add to Calendar"
2 - Invite a colleague to participate in this task through their Calendar
💡 Note: If you invite a client/colleague here, they will receive an email invitation and see the task you created in their calendar
You can associate the event with a project and invite one of your colleagues so they can also see the task appear on their calendar :
As a reminder:
→ When you create a task on Hubflo and link it to a contact, the contact does not receive an invitation to be informed.
If you later add the task to your calendar and invite your contact, they will see the task in their calendar and receive an email notification
