What is the Resource Center and How Does it Work?
The Resource Center in Hubflo is a shared workspace available to all clients who have access to the Client Portal. It serves as a central hub where you can share general content with all clients, streamlining communication and improving efficiency.
Unlike individual workspaces that are client-specific, the Resource Center is visible to all clients. This means it’s ideal for sharing general resources that apply to everyone, such as:
E.g Content that you can add:
Articles (links can be embedded)
Training Materials (with video embeds)
Tools (with advance widgets)
Frequently asked questions (have notes to answer some questions from the client, pdf, canva presentation)
Forms (any form builder)
Important: Since the Resource Center is shared with all clients, avoid posting content that is specific to a particular client.
Customization: You can easily rename the “Resource Center” if that term doesn’t fit your needs. Simply click on the title to update it.
You can also add a new cover, subtitle, description, and pinned note, all of which will be visible to all clients.
