1) Adding Your Custom Domain to Hubflo

To set up your custom domain, go to Settings > General Settings > Domain and enter the custom domain you'd like your Hubflo Client Portal to live on.

e.g., portal.yourdomain.com or clients.yourdomain.com (...)

Setting Up Your Custom Domain

2) Adding a CNAME Record in OVH

  1. Login to OVH and navigate to your OVHCloud Control Panel. Choose Domains, and select the domain you'd like to use. Next, you'll select the DNS Zone tab:

  2. Click on Add an entry:

    3. In the form that appears, choose CNAME, and add the values listed below:
    ​

  • Name:

    • portal (if you'd like to use a root domain like portal.yourdomain.com)

    • OR

    • client, www, etc. (depending on the subdomain you'd like to use, such as clients.yourdomain.com)
      ​

  • Target: portal.hubflo.com (this is the exact value you need to add). Do NOT change this to anything else or it will not work 🙂

  • TTL: You can use the default setting here.

After all of this information is input, click Next, then review and click Confirm to save your changes!
