Activate Hubflo Automate to streamline your workflow. This integration uses our API to create pre-made automation to help you work faster and more efficiently.

    • Connect the Hubflo Automate integration via your Hubflo settings using your API Key.

    • With the Hubflo Automate enabled, you can configure up to 3 Automations to automatically create tasks when you move a project to the next stage.

1 - Activate Hubflo using your account API Key

→ To connect Hubflo Automate integration, head to the top right corner of Hubflo and click on the Settings icon , choose integrations and click Activate

Before you start, ensure your API key is generated and copied. You will need this to activate the Automation.

→ Next, click Connect at the top right corner of the popup, paste your API and click Continue.

Once the integration has successfully been connected, you should see Hubflo Automation Activated, as seen in the screenshot below:

2 - Configure up to three Automation

In the integration section, click on Hubflo Automate Settings and choose the Configuration tab. Toggle one of the configurable options, fill in the name of the stage to which the project must move and the section template that should automatically be created.

For example, with the configuration below, whenever a project is moved to "Project in progress," the existing section template "project launch" is automatically populated within the project you have just moved.

Tip💡: You can create section templates by going to Settings > Templates.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Your configuration will automatically be saved once you have filled out the required fields for each configuration.

  • It may take up to 60 seconds for the section template to be automatically populated once the project has been moved to the next stage.

⏰ Upcoming Feature - Payment Synchronization:

Stay tuned! Soon, marking an invoice as paid on Hubflo will automatically update its status to "paid" on Xero, ensuring your accounts are always in sync.
