1. Setting up the client portal 🎨
Go to your Hubflo settings:
a) The domain name
First of all, you will need to choose your custom Hubflo sub-domain for your client portal. Most of the time, you'll want to put your company name on it.
The domain cannot be less than 5 or more than 20 characters long.
💡 You'll be able to host your client portal on your own domain by the end of April / beginning of May 2024
b) The public page
This is the home page of your client portal when clients are not logged in.
You can add a title and a personalised welcome message:
c) Personalised message for invitations on your client portal
Add a personalised message to the email invitation in your client portal. This message will be included in the automated email your customers receive when you invite them.
2. The brand image 🎨
Click on the General tab in your settings to configure your logo, client portal cover image and custom colour.
1) The logo
You can add your logo directly in the general settings.
It will be visible on your client portal like this:
💡 We recommend using a square image
2) Cover photo
You can change the cover image here:
Here's how it looks on your portal:
The recommended size is 1600 x 400

3) Change the background color of the sidebar and the text color of the sidebar
To change the background color of the sidebar and the text color, go to your settings:
Here is an example:
First, change the background color by selecting the one you prefer. Then choose the text color. Don't forget to save!
