Paid Seats include Owner, Regular Member, and Limited Member, these roles have varying levels of access and require a paid license.
Non-Paid Seats include Accountant and Contractor, these roles have limited access and do not require a paid license.

Received a discount or promo code? Here's how to apply it before completing your payment:
Go to Settings ⚙ > Plan & subscription
Click Manage Subscription
Click your subscription name
Then click Edit Subscription → Apply Coupon
Enter your coupon code and save
Finally, click Update Subscription
That’s it! Your discount will be applied automatically to your billing.
