Hubflo does not currently have a dedicated archive function for projects. The only way to permanently remove a project is to delete it, and deleting a project permanently removes all associated tasks and time entries. This cannot be undone.
To keep inactive projects out of your active workflow without losing their data, use the following workaround instead:
Go to Settings
Click New Stage
Name the stage something like "Archived" or "Cancelled"
Set the status to Archived and client visibility to Hidden from clients
Move inactive projects into that stage when the work is done
