1 - What is an electronic signature
→ An electronic signature is a digital method for signing documents, offering a secure and legal alternative to handwritten signatures.
It simplifies and speeds up administrative processes by allowing documents to be signed online with the same legal validity as a traditional signature !
2 - Applying electronic signatures to your Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Currently, on Hubflo, you can opt for an electronic signature when creating a quote, and if needed, it will be applied simultaneously to your T&C/service contracts linked to it. You can create them as templates from your settings!
2a. Create a contract template
In your configuration settings, you have access to your 'Templates'. Select 'Contracts'.
You can then create a new contract, like this:
Provide a template title as well as the contract content:
🪄 Thanks to our provider Yousign, depending on the pricing plan you have on Hubflo, you are entitled to 20, 40, or 70 e-signature credits per year!
🪄 The electronic signature is binary, allowing both you and your client to sign the documents
2b. Configure My Contract
You can configure your contract using its main features, here are the key ones:
Don't forget to save your contract and you're all set!
3 - Add My Contract to a Quote
You can add your contract when editing your quote! At that moment, you can select the electronic signature! ✍️
Your client will be able to sign your document quickly and securely!
