On Hubflo, you can choose to detach certain emails synced to a contact record or simply opt not to automatically sync events and emails related to project contacts.

1 - Detach an email from a project file

  • From the "emails" section on your project file, you can detach emails that are not relevant or that you do not want to appear due to confidentiality concerns:

→ Next to the concerned email, click on the small cross to detach it from the project

  • From your inbox on Hubflo, you can indicate if an email is private (it will not be synced to the related contact/project file) or visible to others:

2 - Do not default sync emails and events to a project file

  • When creating a project file, or afterwards, you can uncheck the automatic synchronization of emails and events associated with contacts linked to the project:

→ Click on the 🔗 button to enable or disable synchronization

3 - Do not make my emails visible by default on contact and project files

If you wish your emails never to appear on contact and project files, go to settings, then to the "My Profile" section:

→ You can then uncheck this button which is enabled by default.

4 - View only my emails exchanged on the project

  • Finally, you can filter only your email exchanges on the project file (and hide those of your colleagues, for example) :

→ Click on the 👁 icon to view only your emails.
