π Before you begin creating a proposal, an invoice or a project, start by entering all the information related to:
1 - Complete Your Personal Information
π Start by adding your complete contact details, the title of the position you hold, or even your profile picture π
π‘ Tip - thanks to our "time" management module on Hubflo, you will be able to bill or not bill time tracking related to a project. Enter your hourly rate excluding tax in advance from the section of your profile.
π Create Your Email Signature
You can add a link to your website, copy and past your logo, and even a photo of yourself ! Click on "update" your email signature.
2 - Complete Your Invoicing informations
π Enter your main information, your contact details, and your legal information, also add your logo which will appear on your quotes & invoices!
π Then create the numbering for your proposals and invoices:
Choose, as in the example above, the prefix for your quotes and invoices by using the variables entered under the boxes {{year}}, {{month}}, and {{day}}
β Example: the next quote created on Hubflo will be titled: 2022-0006
π¨ Attention - once you have recorded the numbering of your next proposals and invoices to be edited on Hubflo, you will no longer be able to modify them for legal reasons. Take your current billing cycle into account.

π Enter your payment information:
Add your BIC and your IBAN and your payment terms which will be automatically integrated into your quotes and invoices created on Hubflo.
