A project allows you to manage a business opportunity with a prospect, a client, or even to manage the internal operations of your company.

With projects on Hubflo, you will be able to create and manage your tasks, customer relationships, as well as billing.

Here's how to create a project:


1 - Define the settings of your projects

πŸ‘‰ Go to the gear icon βš™οΈ then in the "projects" section

  • Create or modify a table

  • Define & organize the stages that compose it :


2 - Create & Edit a New Project

πŸ‘‰ From the "New" button or the "Projects" module, create a new one :

  • Give your project a title, choose the table and the stage to associate with it

  • Choose one of your contacts on Hubflo to link to the project

  • You can choose/create tags & assign it to a team member


3 - Manage your Project

πŸ‘‰ From the project's file, you will be able to perform different actions like creating a task, sending an email, or creating an event!

  • Follow the progress of your project step by step:

  • Change the status of your project with one click and centralize all the information concerning it!


4 - Monitor the Profitability of Your Project

β†’ Click on "Management": and access information related to billed turnover, related expenses, as well as time spent:​
