# Automate Your Workflows with Zapier + Hubflo

Connect Hubflo with over 5,000+ apps using Zapier, save time and streamline repetitive tasks—without writing a single line of code.

**Important:** The Zapier integration is available on all Hubflo plans. However, some Hubflo features you may want to automate may not be available on your plan. Make sure your plan includes the features you want to connect before setting up your automation.

# What Is Zapier?

Zapier is an online automation platform that lets you connect different apps using **triggers** (when something happens) and **actions** (what should happen next). Together, these make a **Zap**.

# Why Use Zapier with Hubflo?

# How to Connect Zapier with Hubflo

1.  Go to [Zapier.com](https://zapier.com/) and log in or create an account
    
2.  Search for **Hubflo** in the app directory
    
3.  Choose a **trigger** app (like Gmail, Typeform, Slack, etc.)
    
4.  In Hubflo, go to **Settings** > **Integrations** to copy your Hubflo API Key
    
5.  Add your Hubflo account when prompted
    
6.  Choose Hubflo as the **action** app and select what you want Zapier to do
